Skin overview

The skin is built on a distressed, multicolored camouflage, so moderate wear fits its character rather than spoiling it. In Field-Tested the slides and grip edges start to show lighter scuffs, yet the red and yellow patches remain clearly readable. It is a sensible middle ground for anyone who wants the full colour scheme without paying for a clean finish.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

Both Berettas are covered in a dark slate blue-grey base with irregular blotches of rust red, orange, yellow and tan scattered across the slides, frames and grips. The slides carry the darkest tones with thin streaks of warm colour along the top and serrations, while the frames and trigger guards mix grey with red splashes.

Light scuffs spread along the slide tops, the muzzles and the edges of the trigger guards. The lower edges of the grips start to show small worn spots. In game the colours still read clearly, with only slight dulling on the slides. The grip panels and frame sides remain largely clean.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir Dual Berettas | Hideout is 0–0.699; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (33% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Kilowatt Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Kilowatt Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in red, orange, gold or muted dark tones blend well with the slate and rust palette. Placements on the slides work best, where the base is darkest and warm accents stand out. Bright blue or neon stickers tend to clash with the weathered look.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the grade, since low-float copies of worn grades keep noticeably more colour on the slides.
  • Inspect the slide tops and muzzles, as these lose paint first and set the overall impression.
  • Look at the grip panels, which carry the brightest part of the artwork and should stay colourful.
  • Review any applied stickers or name tag to make sure they suit the warm and dark palette.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want the full colour scheme for everyday matches.
  • Buyers who like the weathered style, which suits moderate wear.
  • A balanced pick between look and cost.
