Skin overview

Dual Berettas | Polished Malachite is recognised by its green stone banding, which in Battle-Scarred becomes a rough, chipped surface over bare metal. The slides and edges lose much of the paint, and the grips show patches where the malachite has worn through. It suits buyers who like a used, weathered look or simply want the skin at its most affordable grade.

Item type: pistol. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Well-Worn.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

Both grips are covered in a glossy malachite pattern of swirling concentric bands in light and dark green, matching the ceramic topcoat mentioned in the item description. The frames carry the same green stone texture, while the slides are dark metal with green malachite panels along the top.

Large patches of paint are gone from the slides, frames and muzzles, exposing metal underneath. The grips are heavily worn, with the malachite banding broken into fragments over the surface. In game the skin reads as a weathered green rather than polished stone. The silver trigger guards and parts of the grip centres are the last areas to keep a clean look.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.8

The whole float range of Souvenir Dual Berettas | Polished Malachite is 0–0.8; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.8 segment (44% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Boreal Collection with 29 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

Compared with the Battle-Scarred quality, the others go like this:

Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.

Among 5 skins of the Dual Berettas in the Industrial Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 4th by price, counting from the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Green, silver, holo and gold stickers echo the malachite and the polished trigger guards. Placements on the slides sit on the darker metal and stand out cleanly without hiding the stone pattern on the grips.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the chosen wear, since a low float in a grade keeps more of the malachite banding.
  • Inspect the slide tops and muzzles first, as these are the parts that lose paint earliest.
  • Look at the grip corners to see whether the stone pattern is still intact where it matters most visually.
  • Note any applied stickers or name tag and decide whether they fit the green finish.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Players looking for the cheapest entry into this skin.
  • Those who like a weathered, battle-worn look on their weapons.
  • Conclusion: the budget pick for buyers who value character over condition.
