Skin overview

The eye-tiled pattern of Rapid Eye Movement is busy enough that light damage blends into it. In Field-Tested the scratches show mainly on the top of the carry handle and the magazine, while the purple base and most of the eyes on the receiver still read clearly.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The carry handle and upper receiver are lined with rows of reddish-pink square tiles, each painted with a lifelike eye, laid over a deep purple base. The tiles continue along the side of the receiver and onto the stock, where the purple background shows small light specks between them.

Scratches become visible along the top of the carry handle, on the magazine base and at the corners of several tiles. Some eyes near these edges lose part of their detail. The receiver sides and most of the stock still show the full pattern. In first person the handle wear is noticeable, but in third person the busy tile pattern hides much of it.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir FAMAS | Rapid Eye Movement is 0–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (23% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Pink, red and purple stickers, as well as holo finishes with violet tones, sit well against the tile pattern. Eye-themed or dark minimal stickers on the receiver side below the carry handle keep the dream motif without covering the most detailed tiles.

• Check the float position within the chosen wear, since a low float in a grade can look close to the cleaner one.
• Inspect the top of the carry handle, because it stays in view in first person and wears first.
• Look at the magazine base and stock rear for bare metal, especially on Field-Tested and below.
• StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions exist, so make sure the listing is the version you want and check any applied stickers.
