Souvenir FAMAS | Spitfire (Factory New)

Skin overview

FAMAS | Spitfire is a Restricted rifle finish in olive green, with a shark's mouth painted on the front of the weapon in the style of aircraft nose art. In Factory New the red teeth, the grey nose section and the red eye on the carry handle are crisp, and the olive body has an even coat. The skin's lowest float sits close to the Minimal Wear border, so the Factory New band is narrow and every copy in it is equally clean.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, stock and carry handle are painted in a flat olive green, with darker lines picking out the panel seams. The front of the receiver and the handguard are grey, carrying the shark's mouth with jagged red-and-white teeth, while a red eye dot sits at the front of the carry handle.

The paint is intact on all parts, including the thin edges of the carry handle and magazine. The red teeth have sharp outlines and the grey nose is evenly coloured. In game the shark's mouth is clearly visible on the handguard in first person. Because the float range starts near the Minimal Wear border, the difference between copies in this grade is minimal.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in red, white or muted military tones match the shark's mouth and the olive body. Aviation-themed or vintage-style stickers placed on the olive stock or receiver support the nose art without covering the teeth.

What to look at before you buy

• Look at the float position within the wear grade, since lower values keep the teeth and nose cleaner.
• Inspect the shark's mouth on the handguard, because it is the main detail and the first to suffer visibly.
• Check the edges of the carry handle and magazine, where the spray paint chips first.
• For Souvenir copies, check which souvenir stickers are applied and how they sit on the olive body.

Who should buy Factory New

• Collectors who want the nose art in its sharpest form.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean olive base.
• The choice for those who want the design without any compromise.
