Skin overview

This FAMAS carries a military olive finish with a toothy shark's mouth on the handguard, a direct nod to painted warplanes. In Minimal Wear the nose art still reads as fresh, and any marks are small enough that they are hard to spot outside the inspect view. It gives almost the same look as Factory New at a grade that is easier to find.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver, stock and carry handle are painted in a flat olive green, with darker lines picking out the panel seams. The front of the receiver and the handguard are grey, carrying the shark's mouth with jagged red-and-white teeth, while a red eye dot sits at the front of the carry handle.

Tiny marks may appear on the sharpest edges, such as the top of the carry handle and the magazine base. The shark's mouth, the red eye and the olive body remain essentially clean. At normal distance in game it is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. Lower floats in this range look the cleanest.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir FAMAS | Spitfire ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 11% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Alpha Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in red, white or muted military tones match the shark's mouth and the olive body. Aviation-themed or vintage-style stickers placed on the olive stock or receiver support the nose art without covering the teeth.

• Look at the float position within the wear grade, since lower values keep the teeth and nose cleaner.
