Skin overview

The finish is recognisable at a glance by its hot pink slide and the cartoon princess with unicorns spread across the side of the pistol. Minimal Wear keeps the illustration essentially whole, with at most a few tiny marks on the sharpest edges that are hard to spot in game. It gives almost the same picture as the cleanest grade at a less demanding level.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The slide is outlined in bright magenta and carries a red castle under a blue sky with clouds, a yellow sun-flower and green leaves along its lower edge. Towards the rear of the slide a pink unicorn and a red-haired princess take over the scene, with the princess continuing down onto the grip.

Wear is limited to occasional tiny specks on the top edges of the slide and around the muzzle. The illustration on the sides of the slide and grip remains intact. At normal viewing distance in game it is practically indistinguishable from Factory New.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale is 0.02–0.9; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (9% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Pink, purple and holographic stickers blend with the magenta trim and the unicorns, while white or pastel designs sit well on the white frame. Placing stickers on the slide away from the princess keeps the main character visible.

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end of a grade keep the white frame and grip noticeably brighter.
• Look at the top edges and front of the slide and the muzzle, which lose paint first.
• Inspect the princess's face and the unicorns on worn copies, because chips there change the look the most.
• Check applied stickers and name tag, as they can either suit or clash with the busy artwork.
