Skin overview

This Five-SeveN skin is built around a single coloured part, the teal slide with its feather pattern, which makes wear on that part the main factor. In Well-Worn the teal is broken up by scratches on the top and edges, and the feathers lose some definition. The finish now has a used, weathered character rather than a clean contrast.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The slide is painted in a glossy teal patina, with dark charcoal and light grey feather shapes running along its top and sides. The frame, accessory rail, trigger guard and grip are left in matte dark grey, with lighter grey controls standing out on the side.

Scratches spread from the slide edges across its top and onto the upper sides. The feathers lose contrast and some light grey shapes blend into the worn areas. In game the slide looks clearly used, though the teal colour is still recognisable. The lower frame and grip show only light wear.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir Five-SeveN | Fowl Play is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Breakout Collection with 14 skins in total.

It drops from Operation Breakout Weapon Case (on sale since Jun 23, 2014).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in teal, white, black or grey tones blend with the feather slide without breaking the colour scheme. Placing them on the grey frame below the slide keeps the feather pattern unobstructed, while a single accent in a warm colour can add contrast.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float keeps the slide edges noticeably cleaner.
  • Inspect the muzzle end, top edge and rear serrations of the slide, as these lose the finish first.
  • Look at the feather placement on the slide in the inspect view to make sure the pattern sits the way you like.
  • Note any applied stickers or name tag, as they change the look of the plain grey frame.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Players who like a used, weathered pistol.
  • Budget buyers who still want the teal colour to read in game.
  • Conclusion: a lived-in look with recognisable colour.
