Show allAllSkin overview
This G3SG1 carries a dense digital camo of red, white and charcoal squares over its handguard and stock. At Minimal Wear the pattern looks almost untouched in game, and any marks stay small enough that you have to inspect the edges to find them. It gives nearly the same look as the top grade at a lower entry point.
Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The digital camouflage covers the long handguard and the stock, built from small red, white and charcoal squares on a dark base. The upper receiver, the scope and its mount stay black, the barrel and front sight are bare dark metal, and the magazine and pistol grip keep their plain grey and black finish.
Tiny specks of wear may appear on the front edge of the handguard and on the corners of the stock. The colours remain bright and the pattern reads as complete. At normal viewing distance it is hard to tell apart from Factory New. Everything beyond those edges looks clean.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir G3SG1 | Digital Mesh is 0–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (10% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Operation Broken Fang Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Operation Broken Fang Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Red, white and black stickers echo the camo and blend into the handguard. Placing them on the dark receiver area keeps the pixel pattern visible, while muted military-style designs suit the overall look.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the edges of the handguard and stock show the difference first.
- Inspect the handguard closely, because it carries the brightest red and white squares and loses contrast most visibly.
- Look at any applied stickers or name tag and decide whether they fit your plans for the rifle.
- If you want the kill counter or a Souvenir copy, make sure the listing is the right variant.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- For players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- For sticker crafts on a tidy base.
- A sensible balance of looks and cost.
