Show allAllSkin overview
Well-Worn copies show the tactical map broken up by large worn areas, with the colours fading into the grey metal underneath. The patches are still visible as warm spots against the dark body, but their outlines lose definition. The overall look turns rough and utilitarian.
Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The base of the rifle is dark grey with an olive tint: barrel, handguard, scope, pistol grip, stock and magazine stay in this muted colour. The artwork sits on the receiver as a horizontal band of red, pink, yellow and green patches separated by thin dark lines, resembling zones on a tactical map.
Large parts of the coloured band are worn through, especially on the upper receiver and near the trigger group. The patches lose their outlines and the thin dividing lines are mostly gone. In game the strip reads as faded warm spots rather than a map. The dark barrel, scope and stock show only light scuffing.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir G3SG1 | Keeping Tabs ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 10% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir G3SG1 | Keeping Tabs belongs to The Operation Riptide Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Operation Riptide Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in red, yellow or green echo the map zones on the receiver, while dark or matte stickers sit quietly on the grey handguard and stock. Placing them on the dark parts keeps the map strip uncovered.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the coloured band on the receiver shows the difference most clearly.
- Inspect the top edge of the receiver and the borders of the map strip, as they lose paint first.
- Look at the area around the magazine well, where wear spreads in the middle and lower grades.
- Note any stickers or name tag already applied, as they change the look of the receiver.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who want the skin for play rather than for display.
- Fans of a faded, rough finish on a dark rifle.
- An inexpensive entry with a worn character.
