Souvenir Galil AR | Connexion (Well-Worn)

Skin overview

Connexion combines a grey receiver, a white and red base and spray-painted Phoenix logos with an orange-red front section that stands out from a distance. In Well-Worn the paint is clearly thinned along the edges and on the handguard rings, and the light areas look dull and stained. The spray-paint theme suits this rougher look, so the skin keeps its character at a lower grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The front end carries the brightest colours: the muzzle device and front sight are painted orange-red, and the handguard is wrapped in ribbed orange-red rings over a red and white base. The receiver is dark grey with red and white areas and sprayed Phoenix markings along the side, with a red section near the charging handle.

Paint on the handguard rings and muzzle is thinned heavily, and bare metal runs along most of the raised edges. The white areas look dull and stained, and the receiver and stock edges are clearly scraped. The Phoenix markings are faded but still recognisable on the flat sides. In game the rifle reads as darker and more uneven, though the colour scheme is still identifiable.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The float of Souvenir Galil AR | Connexion ranges from 0 to 0.8; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 9% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, orange and white stickers continue the finish's palette, while black or dark grey ones blend with the receiver and magazine. Placements along the grey receiver side work best, as they do not cover the orange handguard rings.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float position within the wear grade, since a low float keeps the orange handguard rings noticeably cleaner.
• Inspect the muzzle, front sight and handguard ridges, as these parts lose paint first.
• Look at whether the Phoenix markings on the receiver are still legible on worn copies.
• Check any applied stickers and name tag, and whether the StatTrak™ version suits you.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

• Budget-minded players who still want the colour scheme to show.
• Those who prefer a rougher, weathered faction look.
• A cheaper option that keeps the skin's character.
