Skin overview

In Well-Worn condition the Tuxedo loses much of its formal neatness: the light paint on the upper half is visibly chipped and scuffed. The dark handguard, grip and stock hide wear far better, so the lower half still looks relatively even. The result is a weathered two-tone rifle that keeps its basic colour split.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The receiver, barrel, front sight, muzzle and top rail are painted a light, slightly warm white, giving the upper half of the rifle a pale, clean look. The handguard, magazine, pistol grip and stock are a dark matte tone, so the weapon is clearly split into light metal and dark furniture.

The white paint is worn on many edges and starts to break up on the flat sides of the receiver and along the barrel. The rail and sights are heavily chipped. In game the upper half looks patchy, and the contrast with the dark furniture is weaker. The dark stock, grip and handguard still look fairly even apart from scuffed edges.

Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir Galil AR | Tuxedo is 0–0.8; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (9% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Bank Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

Among 6 skins of the Galil AR in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Monochrome stickers in black, white or silver keep the formal two-tone look intact. A single small sticker in red or gold works as an accent, like a detail on evening wear. Stickers placed on the dark handguard or magazine stand out more clearly than those on the white receiver.

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float keeps the white paint noticeably cleaner.
  • Inspect the receiver edges, top rail, sights and muzzle, as the white paint chips there first.
  • The finish is a solid colour, so there is no pattern to hunt for and copies with similar floats look alike.
  • Check any applied stickers and name tag, because they change the clean two-tone look.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Players on a budget who still want a recognisable two-tone Galil AR.
  • Those who like a weathered look on a formal-styled finish.
  • In short: an inexpensive way to use the skin with visible character.
