Skin overview

This skin covers the Glock-18 slide in emerald candy paint over black and silver marbling. Its float range ends early, so Battle-Scarred copies sit only at the lighter edge of that grade: the green is worn through on the slide edges and muzzle end, yet the colour is still clearly readable. It is the most affordable way to carry the Phase 2 look.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The finish is concentrated on the slide, which carries a deep emerald candy coat over black and silver marbling, with darker cloud-like patches and occasional teal highlights. The muzzle end of the slide shows a lighter, silvery metallic tone around the barrel opening.

Wear is heaviest at the muzzle end, along all slide edges and across the top surface, where metal shows through in larger areas. Because the float range stops early, the damage is limited compared with deeper Battle-Scarred skins. In game the green is still clearly recognisable, just rougher and less glossy. The middle of the slide sides keeps colour, and the polymer frame stays clean.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.5

The float of Souvenir Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 2 ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.5 — 10% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The 2021 Train Collection with 17 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Holo and foil stickers in green, teal or silver tones pick up the candy coat and the metallic marbling. Placements on the grey frame contrast well with the slide and keep the green area uncovered. Black or white sticker accents match the dark marbling and the light polymer without competing with the main colour.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the slide edges and muzzle end in the inspect view, since the coat wears there first.
  • Compare the amount and placement of dark marbling between copies, as Phase 2 slides differ in how much bright green shows.
  • Check the float position within the grade, especially in Minimal Wear and Field-Tested, where a low float keeps the slide noticeably cleaner.
  • Check whether the offer is a Souvenir copy and whether it carries stickers or a name tag you actually want.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Budget entry buyers who want the Phase 2 Gamma Doppler on the Glock-18.
  • Players who accept worn edges since the colour still reads clearly in game.
  • Conclusion: the most affordable copy, and thanks to the short float range still a presentable one.
