Battle-Scarred is the most beaten-up version of the grinning Glock, with the gold-toothed mouth on a grey slide and a magenta grip. Here the paint is chipped across the edges and raised parts, which suits the aggressive, street-style artwork. It is the most accessible way to carry this design, with the overall colour scheme still visible.

The slide is a dark grey, deliberately weathered steel with a painted mouth along its lower half: white teeth, one gold tooth and pink gums, with a narrowed eye drawn towards the rear. The frame, trigger guard and grip are covered in glossy magenta-purple, which gives the pistol a sharp split between grey top and pink bottom.

The paint is heavily chipped on all edges of the slide and frame, and the teeth artwork shows clear gaps. The grip loses magenta on its raised texture and front strap, and bare metal is visible on the trigger guard. In game the pistol reads as a scruffy pink-and-grey Glock with a partly faded grin. The general layout of the face and the colour split are still visible.
