Skin overview

Gold Toof is easy to spot by its toothy mouth and watchful eye on the slide and the pink-purple lower half. In Field-Tested the face is still clearly readable, while scuffs start to show on the slide edges and the front of the frame. The dark, already weathered slide hides much of this wear, so the grade keeps its character well.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The slide is a dark grey, deliberately weathered steel with a painted mouth along its lower half: white teeth, one gold tooth and pink gums, with a narrowed eye drawn towards the rear. The frame, trigger guard and grip are covered in glossy magenta-purple, which gives the pistol a sharp split between grey top and pink bottom.

Wear becomes visible along the top and front edges of the slide, the front of the frame and the trigger guard. The edges of the teeth may start to lose some paint, while the eye and the central part of the mouth stay readable. In game the scuffs on the dark slide are subtle, and the pink frame shows them more. The middle of the grip and most of the artwork still look fresh.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold and holographic pink stickers echo the gold tooth and the magenta frame. Placements on the grey slide away from the mouth keep the grin visible, while small white or gold stickers on the frame work well with the colour split.

• Look at the teeth and the gold tooth on the inspect screen, since this artwork is the main detail of the skin.
