Skin overview

Glock-18 | Ironwork is a restrained pistol finish: a dark steel slide laser etched with a dense pattern of ivy and thorns, set over the standard grey frame. In Factory New the etching is crisp and the dark metal keeps an even sheen, so the vines read as fine engraved lines rather than a texture. It is the version for buyers who want the engraving at its sharpest.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The finish is concentrated on the slide: dark gunmetal steel covered along its full length with a laser etched pattern of curling ivy and thorns, ending in the rear serrations. The front of the slide around the muzzle shows lighter polished steel.

The slide is uniformly dark and the ivy and thorn engraving is sharp along its whole length. Edges and the front face show no rubbing. At normal distance in game the pattern reads as a fine textured dark slide over the grey frame. Everything, including the frame, looks clean.
