Show allAllSkin overview
Ironwork pairs a dark etched slide with the plain grey polymer frame, giving the Glock-18 an old engraved-metal character rather than a bright paint job. In Field-Tested the slide edges begin to show lighter bare steel, which suits the aged ironwork theme instead of fighting it. The vine pattern stays readable across most of the slide.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The finish is concentrated on the slide: dark gunmetal steel covered along its full length with a laser etched pattern of curling ivy and thorns, ending in the rear serrations. The front of the slide around the muzzle shows lighter polished steel.
The slide edges, front face and top corners show visible lighter steel where the dark finish has rubbed off. The engraving begins to fade near these edges but stays clear in the centre of the slide. In game the gun reads as an aged metal pistol rather than a damaged one. The grey frame remains largely unchanged.
Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38
The float of Souvenir Glock-18 | Ironwork ranges from 0 to 1; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 23% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir Glock-18 | Ironwork belongs to The Glove Collection, which holds 17 skins.
It drops from Glove Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Muted stickers in black, silver, gold or dark green suit the engraved metal and vine theme. Holo or foil stickers with a metallic look work well on the slide, while bright colourful stickers tend to clash with the restrained finish.
What to check before buying
- Look at the float within the chosen wear, since a low float keeps the slide edges dark and the engraving crisp.
- Inspect the slide edges, front face and top corners, as they lose their dark tone first.
- Check stickers and any name tag, because the plain grey frame makes stickers stand out strongly.
- Decide whether a StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy matters to you, as they are different listings from the plain version.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who like aged metal and see edge wear as part of the ironwork theme.
- Buyers who want the pattern still readable at a lower cost.
- Conclusion: a characterful everyday Glock.
