Show allAllSkin overview
The finish pairs a dark olive frame with bright green contour panels, and from a distance the weapon still reads as a green M249 with a carved, layered drawing. Well-Worn copies show clear scuffing on the box edges and the stock, which breaks up the fine lines in places. The wear fits the rough, painted theme of the skin rather than fighting it.
Item type: machinegun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The barrel, receiver frame and small parts are kept in a dark olive-grey, which works as a frame for the coloured panels. The receiver side panels, the box magazine and the stock carry the main drawing: concentric contour lines in pale yellow, lime and deeper green that imitate stepped layers going inward, like a relief map.
Paint loss spreads from the box edges onto its flat sides, and the stock shows broad scuffed areas. The fine contour lines are broken in places and the dark base starts to show through the green layers. In game the box looks visibly worn, while the gradient from sand to green still comes through. The barrel and dark frame hide wear better than the bright panels.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir M249 | Deep Relief is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Operation Broken Fang Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Operation Broken Fang Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Gold, sand, olive and lime stickers echo the layered palette, while dark or black designs blend with the frame. Placing them on the receiver near the panels keeps the contour drawing on the box visible.
What to check before buying
- Look at the float position within the grade, since a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn noticeably reduces scratching on the box.
- Inspect the corners and edges of the magazine box first, as they are the most visible part in first-person view and wear earliest.
- Check the stock edges and receiver panels for paint loss on worn copies.
- Note any applied stickers or a name tag, and whether they suit the green palette.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who still want the green layered pattern to read in game.
- Players who like a used, rough look on a machine gun.
- A cheap way to keep the colour scheme with visible scuffing.
