Skin overview

Glitched Paint turns the M4A1-S into a bright, noisy mix of pink, cyan and orange that stands out among the usual rifle finishes. In Field-Tested the spray paint starts to give way on protruding parts, and the bare metal adds a used, rough edge to the glitch theme. The overall colour mass still reads clearly from the first-person view.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Well-Worn.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The suppressor is painted in pink and magenta with a cyan band near its base, while the barrel, front sight and carry handle keep a plain dark olive metal tone. The ribbed handguard carries pink, blue and orange stripes that follow the ribs, and the receiver and magazine are covered in mottled pink, purple and teal smears.

Wear becomes visible on the suppressor tip, along the handguard ribs and on the magazine edges, where the dark base shows in thin lines. Corners of the receiver and stock begin to lose paint as well. In game the colourful pattern still dominates, with the scuffs noticeable on closer inspection. Flat sides of the receiver and stock remain largely intact.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir M4A1-S | Glitched Paint ranges from 0 to 0.67; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 34% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Price by quality

The comparison uses our cheapest listing of each quality; where there is none, the market reference.

By price this skin is 5th of 10 skins Restricted M4A1-S in this quality (the first being the dearest).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Holographic and foil stickers in pink, violet or cyan blend with the glitch palette, especially on the receiver and magazine. Orange accents work as a contrast that echoes the warm streaks on the handguard. Dark or muted stickers tend to look out of place against the bright pattern.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float in a worn grade keeps noticeably more paint.
  • Look at the suppressor tip and handguard ribs first, as these lose colour before anything else.
  • Inspect the magazine edges and stock corners on Field-Tested and more worn copies.
  • Confirm whether the copy is a regular or Souvenir version and review any stickers or name tag.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want a bright M4A1-S for everyday matches.
  • Buyers looking for a low float within the grade to keep more paint at a lower cost.
  • A practical middle ground for regular play.
