Skin overview

The finish turns the M4A4 into a moving piece of neon street art, with cartoon figures and lettering packed across the handguard, receiver, magazine and stock. In Minimal Wear the busy pattern hides the few small marks almost completely, so the rifle reads as clean in hand. It keeps nearly the full look of the cleanest grade with a little more freedom in choice of copy.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The handguard and upper receiver are filled with a dense collage of hand-drawn figures, lettering and shapes in neon cyan, pink, yellow and green. The lower receiver and pistol grip carry bright yellow and orange areas with drawn characters, while the magazine mixes yellow, purple and white details.

Only light marks may appear on the very edges of the magazine and handguard. In the busy artwork they are hard to spot without close inspection. In game the rifle looks practically the same as a Factory New copy. Receiver, grip and stock drawings remain clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir M4A4 | In Living Color is 0–0.79; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (10% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Holo and foil stickers in pink, yellow, cyan or green blend with the neon artwork and keep the crowded collage look. Placing stickers on the yellow areas near the grip and magazine well keeps the busy handguard drawings visible. Simple dark or monochrome stickers can also work as a calm contrast to the colour.
