Skin overview

This M4A4 wears a hunting camo taken from a photograph, with a busy mix of foliage, tan bark tones and orange accents. At Minimal Wear the pattern looks practically the same as on the cleanest copies, and any marks sit on edges you rarely notice in a match. It is a sensible way to get the full photographic look without paying for the top grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver and lower carry the main photographic camo: pale grey-green leaves and twigs, tan bark tones and bright orange streaks over dark gaps. The ribbed handguard stays mostly plain dark grey, while the barrel section near it picks up a lighter camo band.

Small scuffs may appear on the very edges of the magazine and the stock, sometimes on the corners of the receiver. The camo on flat panels remains complete and sharp. In game these marks are hard to spot because the busy print absorbs them. Overall it looks close to Factory New.

Souvenir M4A4 | Modern Hunter belongs to The Militia Collection, which holds 11 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Muted stickers in olive, tan, brown or orange blend with the hunting camo and keep the rifle coherent. Gold or holo stickers with warm tones echo the orange streaks, while bright blue or pink designs tend to clash with the woodland palette.
