Skin overview

In Minimal Wear, MAC-10 | Silver keeps the same plain chrome-and-silver look that defines the skin. The float range of this finish is short, so Minimal Wear copies sit close to the cleaner grade and differ only in faint marks visible on close inspection. It is a way to get the clean silver MAC-10 look while accepting slightly more wear.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Anodized: the colour is in the metal coating itself, so wear shows mostly as dulling rather than a rubbed-off pattern.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The boxy receiver is covered in a light silver anodized coat over chrome, with the engraved lines on its side and the bolt area standing out as slightly darker recesses. The short threaded barrel stays dark, contrasting with the pale body.

Minimal Wear adds faint scuffs on the most exposed spots: the receiver corners, the trigger guard and the bottom edge of the magazine. The large flat sides of the receiver and magazine still look clean. From a normal in-game distance the difference from Factory New is hard to notice. The marks show mainly in inspect, where the silver loses a little of its evenness on edges.

The skin’s collection is The Bank Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

The neutral silver body works as a blank background, so almost any colour stands out on the receiver side. Monochrome, holo or foil stickers keep the metallic theme, while a single bright sticker gives a strong accent against the grey.
