Souvenir MAC-10 | Silver (Factory New)

Skin overview

MAC-10 | Silver is an Industrial Grade SMG finish with a chrome base coat candied in transparent silver anodized paint. The whole gun reads as one even, light metallic grey, with only the sling and small fittings breaking the tone. In Factory New the silver surface stays smooth and uniform, which is the point of a finish built on simplicity.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Anodized: the colour is in the metal coating itself, so wear shows mostly as dulling rather than a rubbed-off pattern.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

Appearance in Factory New

The boxy receiver is covered in a light silver anodized coat over chrome, with the engraved lines on its side and the bolt area standing out as slightly darker recesses. The short threaded barrel stays dark, contrasting with the pale body.

Factory New copies show the silver coat intact across the receiver, grip and magazine. Edges and corners keep the same tone as flat surfaces. In game at normal distance the gun reads as a clean, uniform light grey. Higher floats in this grade may hide tiny marks that are only visible in inspect.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

The neutral silver body works as a blank background, so almost any colour stands out on the receiver side. Monochrome, holo or foil stickers keep the metallic theme, while a single bright sticker gives a strong accent against the grey.

What to check before buying

• Look at the float position within this short range, since copies at the top of it show the most edge marks.
• Inspect the receiver corners, trigger guard and magazine base, which wear first on this finish.
• Check whether the copy has stickers or a name tag and whether they suit the plain silver body.
• Since the finish has no pattern, compare copies by float and surface cleanliness rather than seed.

Who should buy Factory New

• Players who want a clean, understated MAC-10 with an even metallic finish.
• Sticker crafters who need a neutral silver canvas.
• A calm, tidy choice for anyone who values a flawless plain finish.
