Skin overview

MAC-10 | Ultraviolet is a solid colour finish that splits the SMG into two tones: a dark grey, almost black receiver and magazine set against bright purple parts. In Factory New the purple stays saturated and even, and the dark surfaces keep a uniform matte look with no bare metal anywhere. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the two-tone scheme exactly as designed.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

The receiver is painted a flat dark grey close to black, with its ridges and side details kept in the same tone. Purple covers the barrel tip and muzzle, the grip, the trigger guard, the sling mount and the folded wire stock, so the accents frame the dark box from front to back.

Both colours are intact: the purple parts are even and saturated, and the dark receiver has no scratches. Because the float range of this skin does not start at the cleanest possible value, Factory New copies sit in a narrow band and look practically identical. In game the gun reads as crisp purple on near-black. Every edge, including the muzzle and stock wire, is clean.

Which stickers suit it

Purple, violet and holo stickers with cool tones blend well with the accents, while black and silver ones sit quietly on the dark receiver. A single bright sticker placed on the flat side of the receiver contrasts well against the plain grey surface.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a solid colour finish shows every chip and a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn looks much cleaner.
• Look at the muzzle, stock wire and trigger guard in the inspect view, as these purple parts lose paint first.
• Pattern does not matter for this skin, so judge copies by float, stickers and name tag only.
• Make sure any applied stickers fit the dark-and-purple scheme, because they stand out strongly on the plain receiver.
