Skin overview

This MAC-10 keeps its dark-and-purple colour split, but in Well-Worn the paint is visibly chipped and bare metal shows through on many edges. The purple grip and accents lose part of their brightness to scuffs, which gives the gun a rougher, working look. The scheme is still easy to read at a glance.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The receiver is painted a flat dark grey close to black, with its ridges and side details kept in the same tone. Purple covers the barrel tip and muzzle, the grip, the trigger guard, the sling mount and the folded wire stock, so the accents frame the dark box from front to back.

Paint loss spreads from the edges onto the receiver sides, the grip edges and the magazine base. The purple accents lose part of their coverage, with metal showing through on the trigger guard and stock. At normal distance the gun looks clearly used, though the two-tone split is still obvious. Only the larger flat areas keep mostly even colour.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The float of Souvenir MAC-10 | Ultraviolet ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 9% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Purple, violet and holo stickers with cool tones blend well with the accents, while black and silver ones sit quietly on the dark receiver. A single bright sticker placed on the flat side of the receiver contrasts well against the plain grey surface.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a solid colour finish shows every chip and a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn looks much cleaner.
• Look at the muzzle, stock wire and trigger guard in the inspect view, as these purple parts lose paint first.
• Pattern does not matter for this skin, so judge copies by float, stickers and name tag only.
• Make sure any applied stickers fit the dark-and-purple scheme, because they stand out strongly on the plain receiver.
