Show allAllSkin overview
This MAG-7 wears a plain spray-painted scheme of aqua, slate and tan with no pattern on top. In Field-Tested the paint starts to chip on edges and raised details, which gives the shotgun a used workshop look. The colour blocks are still clearly readable.
Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The receiver and pistol grip are painted a dark slate teal, with small aqua pins and details on the side of the body. The foregrip, the stock bracket and the barrel tip are pale aqua, while the barrel shroud, the top rail with the rear sight and the magazine baseplate are tan.
Chips appear on the barrel shroud, the top rail and the front edge of the foregrip, showing metal underneath. The magazine baseplate is visibly scuffed. The dark receiver still looks mostly intact, and the colour scheme reads clearly in game.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The float of Souvenir MAG-7 | Seabird ranges from 0 to 1; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 23% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Chop Shop Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in aqua, teal, cream or gold tones match the scheme and sit well on the dark receiver, where they stand out against the slate paint. Avoid bright red or purple, which break the calm two-tone palette.
What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear grade, since chips on the tan shroud and rail grow quickly with float.
- Look at the barrel shroud, foregrip edges and magazine baseplate, as these parts lose paint first.
- Pattern does not matter for this solid-colour finish, so compare copies by wear and extras only.
- If you are considering a Souvenir copy, check its stickers and their condition.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players looking for an inexpensive skin for the MAG-7.
- Those who like a slightly used, workshop-style look.
- Conclusion: a sensible middle option for everyday play.
