Show allAllSkin overview
Bamboo Garden turns the MP5-SD into a pale green weapon covered in brushed bamboo leaves. Because the float range ends early, even Battle-Scarred copies keep much of the print, with wear concentrated on edges and the silencer. It is the cheapest way to get the look, and the worn texture blends naturally into the soft pattern.
Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The base colour is a pale sage-cream that runs over the silencer, receiver, magazine and stock, with darker olive bamboo leaves and stalks painted in loose brush strokes on top. The long silencer carries the largest, most readable section of the leaf pattern, while the magazine and handguard show smaller leaf clusters.
The heaviest scuffing sits on the silencer, the magazine and all exposed edges, where the print is broken in many places. Since the float range stops early, the damage does not reach the extreme level seen on finishes with a full range. Flat areas such as the receiver sides and stock still show the leaf pattern, so the skin reads as a weathered version of the same design.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.55
The whole float range of Souvenir MP5-SD | Bamboo Garden is 0–0.55; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.55 segment (18% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The St. Marc Collection with 18 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Muted greens, cream, gold and brown stickers sit naturally on the bamboo print. Small paper or matte stickers placed along the receiver keep the calm look, while one darker accent can tie in with the olive leaf strokes.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies near the cleaner end show noticeably less scuffing on the silencer.
- Look at the silencer tip and magazine base first, as these lose the print earliest.
- If you are buying a Souvenir copy, check whether its pre-applied stickers fit the look you want.
- Check for a name tag or applied stickers that may change how the weapon reads.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Budget entry for anyone who simply wants this skin on their MP5-SD.
- Players who prefer a rough look, helped by the early end of the wear range.
- The cheapest way to own the design with the print still visible.
