Skin overview

The MP5-SD here carries a hand-painted bamboo motif in greens and khaki, a quiet finish without bright accents. On Well-Worn copies the silencer tip, magazine and receiver edges show clear scuffing, giving the gun a used, field-weathered character that suits its natural theme. It keeps the recognisable leaf print while costing less than the cleaner grades.

Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The base colour is a pale sage-cream that runs over the silencer, receiver, magazine and stock, with darker olive bamboo leaves and stalks painted in loose brush strokes on top. The long silencer carries the largest, most readable section of the leaf pattern, while the magazine and handguard show smaller leaf clusters.

The silencer shows patchy wear along its front half, and the magazine and receiver edges are clearly scraped. Some leaf strokes on high-contact areas fade into the worn base. In game the weapon looks noticeably used, though the bamboo motif is still recognisable on the flatter surfaces and the stock.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir MP5-SD | Bamboo Garden is 0–0.55; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (13% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir MP5-SD | Bamboo Garden belongs to The St. Marc Collection, which holds 18 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Muted greens, cream, gold and brown stickers sit naturally on the bamboo print. Small paper or matte stickers placed along the receiver keep the calm look, while one darker accent can tie in with the olive leaf strokes.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies near the cleaner end show noticeably less scuffing on the silencer.
  • Look at the silencer tip and magazine base first, as these lose the print earliest.
  • If you are buying a Souvenir copy, check whether its pre-applied stickers fit the look you want.
  • Check for a name tag or applied stickers that may change how the weapon reads.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Players who like a used, weathered look that fits the bamboo theme.
  • Buyers looking for a low-cost version that still shows the motif.
  • A good fit if character matters more than clean paint.
