Show allAllSkin overview
MP5-SD | Picnic covers the gun in deep red, with a pattern of offset X's in lighter and darker shades over the receiver and grip. In Factory New the red is even and saturated from the suppressor to the stock, and the X pattern reads crisply up close. The black magazine is the only break from the red.
Item type: smg. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Factory New
The suppressor, ribbed handguard, receiver, pistol grip and stock end are all painted red, with a pale pinkish rim at the muzzle. Over the receiver, grip and suppressor runs a mottled pattern of offset X's in lighter and darker reds, which gives the surface a fabric-like check.
The red coat is intact on every part, including the muzzle rim and handguard ribs. The X pattern keeps its contrast across the receiver and grip. In game the gun looks uniformly red and clean. The black magazine and sights are untouched.
Factory New wear: float 0–0.07
The float of Souvenir MP5-SD | Picnic ranges from 0 to 0.75; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 9% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir MP5-SD | Picnic belongs to The Harlequin Collection, which holds 19 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Red, white and black stickers suit the monochrome red finish and continue the tablecloth theme. Placements on the receiver side above the magazine and on the flat part of the suppressor are visible from the first-person view.
What to look at before you buy
- Look at the float within the wear range, since copies near the top of a grade show noticeably cleaner suppressor edges.
- Inspect the muzzle rim and handguard ribs, as these are the first places where the red wears through.
- Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so check whether they fit the red finish.
- Check for a name tag if you want the original item name.
Who the Factory New quality suits
- Collectors who want the red and the X pattern without a single mark.
- Sticker crafters who need a clean, even base.
- The choice for the most uniform look.
