Souvenir MP7 | Nemesis (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Nemesis turns the MP7 into a dark, armoured-looking weapon with a creature's face and claws worked into the rear of the receiver. In Field-Tested the darker base hides a good part of the wear, while scuffs show mostly on the yellow edges and the stock. It is the most affordable way to own this paint job with the monster motif still clearly visible.

Item type: smg. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New and Minimal Wear. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver is painted in dark gunmetal grey with a worn metallic texture, and the side near the stock carries the monster's face with curved horn-like and claw-like shapes outlined in yellow. The top rail and the area around the sights are trimmed with yellow stripes, and a yellow warning triangle sits near the front of the receiver.

Wear becomes visible on the yellow stock, the edges of the rail and the bottom of the magazine, where the paint thins and shows darker metal. The yellow outlines on raised parts of the receiver may look faded in places. From normal playing distance the weapon still reads as dark grey and yellow with a clear creature shape. The central part of the artwork on the receiver keeps most of its detail.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.32

The float of Souvenir MP7 | Nemesis ranges from 0 to 0.32; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.32 — 53% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Falchion Collection with 16 skins in total.

The source is Falchion Case (on sale since Apr 15, 2015).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in yellow, black, gold or metallic grey match the warning-colour scheme of the skin. Placing them on the receiver away from the monster's face keeps the main artwork visible.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, as copies near the cleaner end show less damage on the yellow stock.
• Inspect the edges of the stock and the corners of the magazine, since the yellow paint wears there first.
• Look at applied stickers and their placement, as they can cover the yellow accents on the receiver.
• Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir and whether it has a name tag.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Budget buyers who want a Classified MP7 skin with a bold look.
• Players for whom the overall colour scheme matters more than clean edges.
• An affordable entry into this paint job with the artwork still readable.
