Souvenir MP7 | Nemesis (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The skin is recognisable by its contrast of dark steel grey and warning-yellow accents, from the yellow stock to the markings on the foregrip and rail. Minimal Wear keeps that contrast almost untouched, with only small marks on the edges that are hard to spot without inspecting the weapon. For many buyers this grade gives nearly the same look as the cleanest copies at a lower cost.

Item type: smg. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New and Field-Tested. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver is painted in dark gunmetal grey with a worn metallic texture, and the side near the stock carries the monster's face with curved horn-like and claw-like shapes outlined in yellow. The top rail and the area around the sights are trimmed with yellow stripes, and a yellow warning triangle sits near the front of the receiver.

Small scratches may appear on the edges of the yellow stock and on the corners of the magazine. The monster artwork on the receiver remains intact. In game the difference from Factory New is barely noticeable, as the dark base masks fine marks. The rail stripes and foregrip markings still look clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir MP7 | Nemesis ranges from 0 to 0.32; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 25% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Falchion Collection with 16 skins in total.

It drops from Falchion Case (on sale since Apr 15, 2015).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in yellow, black, gold or metallic grey match the warning-colour scheme of the skin. Placing them on the receiver away from the monster's face keeps the main artwork visible.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, as copies near the cleaner end show less damage on the yellow stock.
• Inspect the edges of the stock and the corners of the magazine, since the yellow paint wears there first.
• Look at applied stickers and their placement, as they can cover the yellow accents on the receiver.
• Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir and whether it has a name tag.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

• Players who want an almost clean look while saving compared to Factory New.
• Buyers who play actively with the MP7 and value a sharp appearance in game.
• A balanced option between appearance and cost.
