Skin overview

Powercore in Battle-Scarred still shows its green base and yellow accents, but heavy chipping exposes the dark metal underneath across much of the gun. The branded label and fine markings are mostly scraped away, which leaves a rough, worked-over look. It is the most affordable way to carry this design.

Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver and handguard are painted a glossy green with fine yellow detailing along the top rail, three yellow tabs on the side and a yellow trigger. The rear of the receiver carries a white P-CORE 7 POWER TOOL label with red and yellow lettering, plus a small barcode tag near the rear sight.

Heavy chipping covers the receiver, handguard and grip, with large areas of bare metal. The label, barcode and fine markings are largely scraped off, and the yellow trim is broken up. In game the gun reads as a dark, rough green with scattered yellow. Only the flatter, recessed areas keep solid colour.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.8

The float of Souvenir MP7 | Powercore ranges from 0 to 0.8; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.8 — 44% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Horizon Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Horizon Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Yellow, black and white stickers fit the power-tool branding and echo the existing label. Placing them along the green side of the receiver keeps the yellow tabs and the P-CORE 7 label visible.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since lower values keep the label and yellow trim noticeably cleaner.
  • Look at the P-CORE 7 label and the muzzle in the inspect view, as these show wear before the rest of the gun.
  • Review any applied stickers to see whether they match the green and yellow scheme.
  • Check for a name tag if you want the original item name to be shown.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Budget entry for players who want this design at the lowest cost.
  • Fans of a heavily worn, rough look.
  • Conclusion: the cheapest way to own Powercore.
