Skin overview

The Powercore finish turns the MP7 into something that looks like branded workshop equipment, green with yellow ribs, tabs and a yellow muzzle. In Minimal Wear the scheme reads the same as a fresh copy at normal viewing distance, and any marks stay on the very edges. It is a sensible way to get a near-clean look at a lower grade.

Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver and handguard are painted a glossy green with fine yellow detailing along the top rail, three yellow tabs on the side and a yellow trigger. The rear of the receiver carries a white P-CORE 7 POWER TOOL label with red and yellow lettering, plus a small barcode tag near the rear sight.

Light marks can appear on the sharpest edges of the receiver and around the muzzle. The label and yellow trim remain essentially intact. At normal distance in game the skin looks the same as Factory New. The green surfaces and the stock stay clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir MP7 | Powercore is 0–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (10% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir MP7 | Powercore belongs to The Horizon Collection, which holds 17 skins.

The source is Horizon Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Yellow, black and white stickers fit the power-tool branding and echo the existing label. Placing them along the green side of the receiver keeps the yellow tabs and the P-CORE 7 label visible.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since lower values keep the label and yellow trim noticeably cleaner.
  • Look at the P-CORE 7 label and the muzzle in the inspect view, as these show wear before the rest of the gun.
  • Review any applied stickers to see whether they match the green and yellow scheme.
  • Check for a name tag if you want the original item name to be shown.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a near-clean look in game.
  • Buyers who prefer to save on the top grade with little visual difference.
  • Conclusion: a balanced pick close to Factory New.
