Show allAllSkin overview
This MP9 uses colour blocking rather than a busy print: white and blue panels with a matching snow-style camouflage. In Minimal Wear the scheme looks practically the same as the cleanest grade, with at most faint marks on the sharpest edges. Buyers usually choose it to keep the clean white look while paying less.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The upper receiver and handguard are painted a pale cream, with a dark navy band running along the lower part of the receiver from the muzzle to the rear. White and grey camouflage patches are scattered over this band, tying it to the light panels above.
Tiny marks may appear on the top rail and the muzzle end, but they are hard to spot without inspecting. The white surfaces remain bright and the camouflage on the blue band is untouched. At normal viewing distance in game it is nearly indistinguishable from Factory New. The grips, stock and magazine still look clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir MP9 | Arctic Tri-Tone is 0–0.6; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (13% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Sport & Field Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Compared with the Minimal Wear quality, the others go like this:
- Factory New — 10× dearer
- Field-Tested — 29% cheaper
- Well-Worn — 25% cheaper
- Battle-Scarred — 1.5× cheaper
Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.
Among 5 skins of the MP9 in the Restricted grade and this quality, this skin ranks 3rd by price, counting from the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in white, navy, grey or ice blue blend with the scheme, while a single orange or holographic accent echoes the small orange details. The light cream receiver above the blue band is the most visible spot for a placement.
What to check before buying
- Look at the float position within the grade, since a low float keeps the white surfaces noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the top rail, muzzle end and stock edges, where chipping on the light paint shows first.
- Check the grips, because the ribbed white areas pick up scuffs early.
- Make sure applied stickers or a name tag fit the white-and-blue scheme you want.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-pristine look without paying for the top grade.
- Crafters who need a clean base where faint edge marks do not matter.
- Conclusion: a sensible balance between appearance and cost.
