Skin overview

MP9 | Shredded is a Mil-Spec Grade hydrographic finish that covers the SMG in a multicolored tiger camo of pale cream, dark brown and bright orange-red streaks. In Factory New the contrast between the light base and the torn dark stripes is at its sharpest, and the orange accents read clearly even on the grips and magazine.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver and upper body are covered in a pale cream base broken by large ragged dark brown blotches and narrow orange-red streaks, forming a torn tiger camo. The vertical foregrip, pistol grip and long magazine carry the same pattern, with dense dark spots near their lower ends.

The camo is complete on every painted part, with no exposed material on the receiver, grips or magazine. The cream base looks bright and even, and the orange streaks keep their full saturation. In game the pattern reads crisply from any distance. Everything visible on the clean image is what you get.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir MP9 | Shredded is 0–0.6; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Radiant Collection with 28 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in orange, red, brown or gold tones blend well with the camo, while black or dark brown designs echo the torn blotches. Placements on the receiver side above the grip are the most visible against the light base.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within its wear grade, since a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn keeps noticeably more cream paint on the edges.
• Look at the front of the receiver, the grip ridges and the magazine base, because these are the first places where the camo wears off.
• Souvenir copies exist, so check whether the copy carries souvenir stickers and whether they suit you.
• If a name tag or applied stickers are listed, make sure they match the cream, brown and orange palette.
