Skin overview

Boroque Sand turns the Negev into a sandy, patterned piece with teal and olive ornament and dark accents on the sights and feed cover. In Field-Tested the print starts to thin on the muzzle, top edges and magazine corners, while the main panels still show the scrollwork clearly. At normal distance the gun keeps its warm desert look.

Item type: machinegun. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver, feed cover and handguard are covered in a dense ornamental print of pale sand yellow, teal and dark olive scrollwork. The long barrel and muzzle are finished in a plain sand-khaki tone that matches the base colour of the ornament.

The print thins and chips along the muzzle, the top edges of the receiver and the corners of the box magazine. The stock edges start to show light scuffs. In game the gun still looks patterned, with the scrollwork intact on the side panels and the magazine face.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir Negev | Boroque Sand ranges from 0 to 1; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 23% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Canals Collection with 18 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, sand and teal stickers blend with the ornament and keep the craft calm. Dark or matte stickers placed on the receiver side or the plain barrel area stand out better against the busy pattern than bright multicolour ones.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the muzzle and magazine corners show the difference first.
  • Look at the box magazine and stock edges in the inspect view to see how much of the ornament is left.
  • A Souvenir version exists, so confirm whether the copy is Souvenir and which stickers it carries.
  • Check applied stickers and the name tag, as they change how the busy pattern reads.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

  • Players who want the full sandy palette for everyday use.
  • Buyers fine with edge wear that is hard to see in game.
  • A practical middle option.
