Skin overview

Phoenix Stencil in Battle-Scarred is the roughest version of this graffiti-covered Negev. Large areas of the print are scraped away to metal, and the remaining red and gold tags look patchy and faded. It is the cheapest way to own the skin and fits players who like a beaten-up look.

Item type: machinegun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver, top cover, carrying handle and pistol grip are wrapped in overlapping Phoenix Connexion graffiti tags in rust red, orange, gold and black. The box magazine carries the same dense print, with darker brown areas and gold lettering around its flat side panel.

Large areas of the box magazine, receiver edges, grip and stock are scraped down to metal. The remaining graffiti looks patchy and faded, with only larger tags still readable. In game the gun shows a mix of grey metal and dull red-orange spots. Some print survives on the flatter central panels.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.65

The float of Souvenir Negev | Phoenix Stencil ranges from 0 to 0.65; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.65 — 31% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Havoc Collection with 19 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in red, orange, gold or black blend with the graffiti and keep the crowded street-art look. Holo or gold stickers placed on the receiver stand out against the darker tags, while a plain dark sticker near the stock keeps the pattern from looking overloaded.

What to check before buying

  • Check the float position within the wear range, since the box magazine edges and receiver corners show the difference first.
  • Look at the stock edges and grip on Field-Tested and worse copies, where bare metal spreads quickly.
  • Souvenir copies exist, so check whether the item carries souvenir stickers if that matters to you.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the busy pattern reads.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Budget players who want the cheapest entry into this skin.
  • Fans of a heavily used, scraped-metal look.
  • Conclusion: the most affordable and roughest version of the skin.
