Skin overview

Phoenix Stencil reads as a chaotic red-and-gold graffiti wall stretched over a heavy machine gun. In Field-Tested the edges and corners start to show bare metal, which suits the street-art theme. From normal playing distance the colours still hold together well.

Item type: machinegun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver, top cover, carrying handle and pistol grip are wrapped in overlapping Phoenix Connexion graffiti tags in rust red, orange, gold and black. The box magazine carries the same dense print, with darker brown areas and gold lettering around its flat side panel.

Bare metal begins to show along the edges of the box magazine and the corners of the receiver. Light scratches spread onto the stock edges and the lower part of the grip. In game the colours still read clearly, though the print looks slightly less saturated. The flat central areas of the magazine and receiver keep most of the tags.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir Negev | Phoenix Stencil is 0–0.65; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (35% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir Negev | Phoenix Stencil belongs to The Havoc Collection, which holds 19 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in red, orange, gold or black blend with the graffiti and keep the crowded street-art look. Holo or gold stickers placed on the receiver stand out against the darker tags, while a plain dark sticker near the stock keeps the pattern from looking overloaded.

What to check before buying

  • Check the float position within the wear range, since the box magazine edges and receiver corners show the difference first.
  • Look at the stock edges and grip on Field-Tested and worse copies, where bare metal spreads quickly.
  • Souvenir copies exist, so check whether the item carries souvenir stickers if that matters to you.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the busy pattern reads.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want readable colours in game on a reasonable budget.
  • Fans of the street-art theme who like light wear on the edges.
  • Conclusion: a balanced choice between look and cost.
