Skin overview

Nova | Dark Sigil is a Mil-Spec Grade custom paint job that dresses the shotgun in dark metal and warm brown tones. The receiver and stock carry fine grey etchings of longships and dragons. In Factory New every engraved line stays sharp and the copper accents keep their full sheen.

Item type: shotgun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The barrel is a dark gunmetal tube with a lighter muzzle ring and a black front sight. The pump forend is a warm brown with deep horizontal ribs, finished at the front by a copper cap on the magazine tube.

The finish is clean on every part, with no scratches on the barrel, pump or stock. The copper cap and trigger guard keep an even, warm shine. The thin grey lines of the dragon and the receiver ornaments are fully crisp. In game the contrast between the black stock and brown pump is at its strongest.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The float of Souvenir Nova | Dark Sigil ranges from 0 to 0.699; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 10% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Stickers in black, grey, bronze or gold tones match the engraved metal and copper accents. Placements on the receiver work well because they sit next to the etched ornament without covering the dragon on the stock. Bright neon colours tend to clash with the muted palette.
