Skin overview

Ocular is easy to recognise by its contrast of cool teal metal against warm cream and orange eye motifs. In Field-Tested the scratches start to show on the pump bands and the exposed edges, yet the eyes and the overall composition remain clearly readable. It suits players who care more about the look in a match than about pristine details.

Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The barrel and magazine tube are painted in a teal-blue gradient, with a halftone dot pattern fading in near the dark muzzle and an orange ring at the tip. The pump is wrapped in ribbed cream bands with dark outlines, giving it a sculpted, almost organic look.

Scratches are visible on the pump bands, the top of the barrel and the muzzle area, and the edges of the receiver start to lose paint. The halftone dots look slightly broken up. At normal distance the eyes and colour scheme still read well. The central stock artwork mostly holds up, with light wear on its lower edge.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in teal, cream or orange match the palette and blend well with the artwork. Holo or eye-themed designs placed on the receiver or along the barrel echo the surrealist motif without covering the main eyes.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float position within the wear range, since a low float in a worn grade can look noticeably cleaner.
• Inspect the pump ribs and the muzzle first, as these parts lose paint earliest.
• Look at the eyes on the receiver to make sure the key motif is not scratched off.
• Note any stickers or name tag, which can add to the look but are rarely valued above their own cost.
