Skin overview

The skin is easy to recognise by the big dandelion clocks on the stock and the scattered seeds running up the receiver and barrel. In Minimal Wear it looks almost the same as the cleanest grade at normal viewing distance, with only small specks possible on the muzzle and the edges of the pump. For a buyer who wants a clean-looking Nova without paying for the top grade, this is the practical choice.

Item type: shotgun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The base coat is a dark blue-grey that covers the barrel, receiver and stock, with brownish-grey mottling along the barrel. Small cream dandelion seeds are scattered across the receiver and barrel, while the stock carries the largest motifs: several full dandelion clocks in beige and pale gold with fine radial detail.

Tiny specks may appear on the muzzle tip and the sharpest ridges of the pump forend. The stock, the receiver sides and the pattern itself stay clean. At normal distance in game these marks are hard to notice, so the skin reads close to Factory New. The difference is mostly visible on inspection.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir Nova | Windblown ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 16% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Snakebite Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Snakebite Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in cream, beige, muted gold or dusty teal match the dandelion print and the slate base. Placing them on the dark receiver sides gives the best contrast without covering the stock motifs. Bright neon tones tend to break the calm, outdoor feel of the finish.

What to check before buying

  • Check the float position within the wear range, since the edges of the pump and receiver change most between low and high floats.
  • The pattern is randomised, so compare how the large dandelion clocks fall on the stock, as that is the most visible part of the design.
  • Inspect the pump ridges and the muzzle first, because these are the parts that lose paint earliest.
  • Look at any applied stickers and name tag, as they can either suit the muted palette or clash with it.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a clean-looking Nova and do not need perfection on inspection.
  • Buyers looking to save compared with the top grade with almost no visible trade-off.
  • Conclusion: the most balanced choice between look and value.
