Skin overview

P2000 | Corticera is a Classified pistol skin whose slide carries a dense pattern of stylised leaves in orange, yellow and green, framed by dark outlines. The frame and grip are a calm steel blue, which makes the bright slide the clear focus of the gun. In Factory New the leaf colours are at full saturation and the outlines stay crisp, so the motif reads like clean stained glass.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear and Field-Tested. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The top and sides of the slide are covered with a tight pattern of overlapping leaves in orange, yellow and green, each shape separated by dark lines in a stained-glass manner. The front of the slide around the muzzle is left in a bare blue-silver metal tone.

The leaf pattern on the slide is intact, with sharp dark outlines and full colour. The blue frame and grip show no marks, and the bare metal front of the slide stays clean. In game the pistol looks exactly as on the preview, with the bright slide standing out against the darker frame.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers in green, orange or gold tones continue the leaf palette of the slide, while blue or silver stickers blend into the frame. Placing a sticker on the plain blue frame keeps the slide pattern uncluttered.

• Factory New copies sit in a very narrow float band near the bottom of the range, so compare the exact float rather than the wear name alone.
• On Field-Tested copies, check the slide edges and the front of the slide near the muzzle, where wear on the leaf pattern shows first.
• Look at the trigger guard and the bottom of the grip for scuffs on the blue paint.
• Check applied stickers and the name tag, and decide whether you want the StatTrak™ counter.
