Skin overview

This P2000 combines a royal blue body, gold pinstripes and ornate scrollwork on the slide and grip. At Minimal Wear the filigree is still intact and the gold accents on the sights and magazine base keep their colour. Any marks are small and limited to edges you rarely notice in play.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The slide is painted deep blue with gold pinstripes running along its length and gold baroque scrolls over the side, while coppery patches sit along the top edge and near the muzzle. The frame and trigger guard continue the blue, and the grip carries larger gold scrolls with fine vertical gold lines.

Tiny chips may appear on the front edge of the slide and on the corners of the magazine baseplate. The filigree on the slide and grip remains intact. At normal distance in game it is very hard to tell apart from Factory New. Low floats in this grade look practically clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir P2000 | Royal Baroque is 0–0.6; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (13% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir P2000 | Royal Baroque belongs to The Ascent Collection, which holds 28 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, holo-gold and deep blue stickers blend with the filigree and keep the royal palette. A single sticker on the flat part of the slide above the scrollwork reads best without hiding the ornament.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within its grade, since a low value in Minimal Wear or Field-Tested keeps the slide edges noticeably cleaner.
  • Look at the front of the slide and the muzzle, which lose paint first on this finish.
  • Inspect the gold magazine baseplate and sights, as chips there are visible in first person.
  • Review any applied stickers or name tag to make sure they match your taste.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
  • Owners who rarely inspect the pistol up close and see it mostly in first person.
  • Conclusion: a sensible compromise between appearance and cost.
