Skin overview

This P250 carries a dark, lattice-patterned slide with red accents and a grey frame with a fainter version of the same diamonds. At Well-Worn the red lines lose part of their brightness and bare metal shows along the top of the slide and the grip edges. The pattern remains recognisable as a red grid, just softer and patchier.

Item type: pistol. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The slide is a dark charcoal tone covered with a dense lattice of red diamonds and crossing lines that runs along its full length. Lower down, the frame, trigger guard and grip switch to a blue-grey base where the same diamond motif continues in fainter, desaturated red.

Worn areas spread across the top of the slide and onto the edges of the frame and grip, exposing bare metal. The red lines fade noticeably, especially on the slide where the pattern is densest. The flat middle of the grip and the sides of the frame still hold most of the design. At normal distance the pistol reads as a faded red grid on a scuffed dark body.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir P250 | Crimson Kimono is 0–0.8; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (9% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir P250 | Crimson Kimono belongs to The Rising Sun Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, black and dark grey stickers match the slide and keep the geometric look intact. Placing a red or monochrome sticker on the dark slide repeats the grid's accent, while muted grey or blue tones fit the lower frame.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end keep the red lines noticeably sharper.
  • Inspect the muzzle, the top edges of the slide and the magazine base, as these lose the finish first.
  • The pattern is a uniform repeating grid, so placement differences between copies matter little.
  • Look at any applied stickers and name tag, as they change the look of the slide and the overall impression.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Budget buyers who still want the pattern to be identifiable.
  • Fans of a faded, weathered look on pistols.
  • An affordable option with character.
