Skin overview

P250 | Valence is a Mil-Spec Grade pistol finish in dark grey with blue and cyan accents. Its main markers are a field of blue dots on the front of the frame, thin cyan lines that follow the contours of the gun, and a ribbed cyan panel on the front of the grip. In Factory New the dark surfaces stay even and the cyan details look sharp against them.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

Appearance in Factory New

The slide is dark grey to near-black, with a thin cyan line running along its side towards the muzzle. The front of the frame under the slide is covered with a field of blue dots, framed by curved cyan and blue stripes that continue around the trigger guard area.

The surface is clean across the slide, frame and grip, with no visible scratches. The blue dot field and cyan lines are fully intact and evenly coloured. In game the cyan accents stand out clearly against the dark slide. Every part of the pistol looks as it does in the clean preview.

Blue, cyan, silver and white stickers fit the cool palette of this finish, and holo or foil stickers in those tones match the bright accents. Placements on the dark slide stand out well, while stickers kept away from the dot pattern leave the main motif visible.

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the thin cyan lines on the slide react to wear early.
• Look at the muzzle and the front of the frame, which are the first places to lose paint on this finish.
• Inspect the ribbed cyan panel on the grip, as its raised parts fade on more worn copies.
