Skin overview

P90 | Desert Warfare is a Mil-Spec custom paint job for the P90 with a graphic theme reminiscent of desert. The palette is muted and matte, built on stone-grey and dusty tones rather than bright accents. In Factory New the finish is fully intact, so the edges of the paint and the flat panels look crisp and even.

Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The finish covers the whole P90 in a matte, muted palette of stone-grey and dusty tones that echoes the desert theme. The receiver and the long top magazine carry the main surface of the paint, with the top rail and both sights in the same subdued colours.

The paint is complete on every part of the weapon, including the sights and the edges of the magazine. Lines of the graphic are sharp and the matte surface is even. In game the P90 shows its full muted desert palette with no visible marks.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The float of Souvenir P90 | Desert Warfare ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 14% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir P90 | Desert Warfare belongs to The Huntsman Collection, which holds 20 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Note: It was removed because one of its creators was also involved with the M4A4 Howl art theft. This is no longer obtainable from the Huntsman Weapon Case, but remains part of The Huntsman Collection and still works with trade-up contracts.

Price by quality

Among 8 skins of the P90 in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 4th by price, counting from the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Sand, olive, brown and muted grey stickers match the desert palette best. Placing them on the side of the receiver or the stock keeps the calm overall look, while one darker accent can add contrast without breaking the theme.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the edges of the magazine and the sights show the difference first.
  • On worn copies look at the thumbhole rim and the stock corners to see how far the wear has spread.
  • Check applied stickers and the name tag, as they stay on the item and change its look.
  • Keep in mind the skin no longer drops, so supply comes only from existing copies on the market.

Who the Factory New quality suits

  • Collectors of discontinued skins who want the cleanest version of this finish.
  • Sticker crafters who need intact paint as a base.
  • The choice for those who want this P90 in its fullest, unmarked form.
