Skin overview

This is the Blaze flame job on the R8 Revolver: hot orange at the muzzle, flames licking back across the frame, a black cylinder and a light grip. Because the float range is so narrow, Minimal Wear sits right at the edge of Factory New. Any marks are limited to tiny specks on edges that are hard to find without close inspection.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Anodized Airbrushed: a coloured coating with an airbrushed design on top; the coating holds while the design fades with wear.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The barrel tip is painted bright orange, and the top of the barrel and the frame carry a flame motif in orange, red and yellow over a black base. The cylinder, hammer, trigger and trigger guard stay dark gunmetal with a chrome sheen, while the top rail is black and the under-barrel rail is left bare grey metal.

Wear is limited to faint specks of lighter metal on the muzzle edge and the top rail. The flames on the barrel and frame remain intact. At normal viewing distance in game this copy is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. The cylinder, trigger guard and grip still look clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08

The whole float range of Souvenir R8 Revolver | Blaze is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The 2021 Train Collection with 17 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, orange, gold or black stickers echo the flame colours. Placing them on the dark frame near the cylinder keeps the orange barrel and flames readable.

What to look at before you buy

• Look at the muzzle edge and the top rail in inspect, since these show chrome first.
• Compare the float with Factory New listings, because the gap between the two wears is very small.
• Check any applied stickers and name tag so they fit the orange and black look.
