Skin overview

The skin keeps its main idea even when worn: a dark engraved revolver with a skeletal, sea-creature grip. In Well-Worn the frame edges, cylinder and hammer show noticeable bare-metal lines, and the bone relief looks duller and grimier. The look turns rough and aged rather than ruined.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The barrel, top rail, frame and cylinder are finished in a dark gunmetal tone with a teal-grey cast, covered in fine crosshatch and scroll-like engraving that catches light at the edges. The lower rail under the barrel and the trigger guard follow the same dark textured finish.

Bare-metal lines spread across the rails, cylinder flutes, hammer and trigger guard, and the fine engraving starts to blur on the edges. The grip carving looks dull and dirty, with the sea-creature shapes softer than before. In game the revolver reads as worn but still clearly dark-bodied with a pale grip.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The float of Souvenir R8 Revolver | Bone Forged ranges from 0 to 0.6; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 12% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Prisma 2 Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Prisma 2 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Muted stickers in black, silver, bone-white or deep teal sit well on the dark frame and echo the grip. Placing them on the barrel side or frame keeps the carved grip as the focal point.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the muzzle, rails and cylinder edges in the inspect view, since these lose the dark coating first.
  • Check how much contrast the bone grip keeps, as that is the main feature of the skin.
  • Compare the float position within the wear grade, because low floats in Field-Tested can look close to Minimal Wear.
  • Note any applied stickers, name tag, StatTrak™ or Souvenir status, since they change how the copy looks and who it suits.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Budget buyers who still want the bone grip visible.
  • Fans of an aged, rugged look.
  • A low-cost way into the skin with character.
