Skin overview

Leafhopper pairs a dark green revolver frame with warm copper details and a light sage grip, giving the R8 a calm, jewel-like look. In Minimal Wear the finish reads almost the same as a fresh copy, with only tiny marks that need close inspection to spot. It keeps nearly all the gloss while usually costing less than the cleanest grade.

Item type: pistol. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Anodized: the colour is in the metal coating itself, so wear shows mostly as dulling rather than a rubbed-off pattern.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The barrel, frame and cylinder are coated in a deep, glossy green with faint darker and bluish patches from the case-hardened treatment, most visible on the cylinder. The top rail, the under-barrel rail, the trigger and small trim pieces are anodized in a copper-orange that contrasts with the green.

Tiny specks may appear on the muzzle edge or the corners of the top rail. The barrel, cylinder and frame keep their full gloss. At normal viewing distance it is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. The grip and copper details stay clean.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Gold, copper and holo stickers in green or orange tones echo the rail accents and sit well on the green frame. Placements along the barrel side or on the frame above the grip keep the copper rail visible. Bright red or purple stickers tend to clash with the calm two-tone scheme.

• Inspect the muzzle, the top rail edges and the cylinder, as these wear first on this finish.
