Skin overview
The skin is recognisable by its swirling gold-on-black receiver panel set against otherwise muted dark metal. At Minimal Wear the pattern still looks clean in hand, with any marks limited to tiny specks on edges that rarely show up in a match. It gives nearly the same look as the cleanest grade while usually being the more relaxed choice.
Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The barrels, magazine tube and ribbed pump forend are finished in plain dark gunmetal grey with no pattern. The receiver carries the main artwork: a dense, flowing pattern of black and gold contour-like swirls that resembles marbled metal, and according to the description more detail shows up under different lighting.
Small specks may appear on the muzzle ends and the corners of the copper trim. The swirl panel on the receiver remains essentially intact. Barrels and forend still look clean at a glance. At normal distance it is hard to tell apart from a Factory New copy.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir Sawed-Off | Fusion ranges from 0 to 1; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 8% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir Sawed-Off | Fusion belongs to The Dead Hand Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Sealed Dead Hand Terminal.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Gold, holo-gold or black stickers match the receiver artwork and the copper trim. Placing them on the plain grey barrels keeps the swirl panel uncovered and adds contrast to the dark metal.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since cleaner copies keep the copper stock trim intact.
- Inspect the edges of the receiver panel, as the gold swirls fade there first.
- Look at the muzzle ends and the stock outline for early scratches.
- Check applied stickers and a name tag, which may change how the dark receiver looks.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-pristine look for regular games.
- Buyers who prefer a clean surface without chasing the top grade.
- In short, a sensible balance between look and cost.
