Show allAllSkin overview
Assault is recognisable by its blue-and-white scheme, which stands out against the grey parts of the SCAR-20. In Field-Tested the paint starts to show scuffs on protruding parts, and the white lines lose some of their crispness. From normal distance the rifle still reads as clearly blue with a white motif.
Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The receiver and the long handguard are covered in a blue base with white hand-painted markings that form parts of a research facility logo. The barrel, muzzle device, top rails and the large scope stay dark grey and frame the coloured body.
Scuffs spread along the edges of the receiver, the rail sections and the corners of the stock. The white lines start to look worn at their ends and on raised details. In game the blue-and-white scheme still reads clearly. Flat areas of the handguard keep most of their paint.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The float of Souvenir SCAR-20 | Assault ranges from 0 to 0.62; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 37% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The CS20 Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from CS20 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
White, silver and blue stickers continue the scheme without fighting the logo markings. Placing them on the grey parts near the stock or along the lower receiver keeps the painted motif visible.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low value in a grade keeps the white markings noticeably cleaner.
- Look at the receiver edges and rail sections, as these lose paint first.
- Make sure the white logo lines on the side of the receiver are not broken up on worn copies.
- Check applied stickers and a name tag, and choose StatTrak™ or Souvenir only if that version matters to you.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- For everyday play where the scheme still reads well in game.
- For buyers who accept light scuffs on edges and rails.
- A practical middle option for regular use.
